Our chef

After learning under the direction of Jean-Yves Schillinger, who sponsored him at the 2023 The Fork Awards, Lucas honed his talents for 8 years at Maximilien in Zellenberg. Subsequently, he spent 8 months at the Robuchon workshop in Paris, then made a stopover at the Colmar theater and the Maison des Têtes. Since 2020, he has been concocting refined and seasonal dishes at the Chris & Lucas Restaurant.
